Experienced and enthusiastic Coldwell Banker Realty agent Gaby DeBenedictis effectively guides clients through a positive, efficient real estate process. With more than 15 years in the industry and as an investor herself, Gaby holds a high understanding of the minutiae of the real estate process and how to adapt to market and economic fluctuations. She was born in Bolivia and growing up around the Brazilian culture, Gaby is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, which has helped her successfully manage a diverse group of needs. Her unique blend of strengths has led her to be recognized in the Top 250 Latino Agents in the country by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals®. 

Gaby assists with real estate in Middlesex and Essex, Massachusetts, counties. As a passionate resident of Cape Ann, Gaby cannot share enough about the lifestyle – Atlantic vistas, beautiful beaches, seaside eateries and colonial history. Committed and connected to the community, Gaby volunteers for Generous Garden in Gloucester, sponsors local events and fundraisers and gives 10% of each transaction to local and international charities. 

Furthermore, Gaby calls upon her background in developing education curriculums and coaching educators to carefully lay out a strategic plan that addresses her clients’ unique needs and desires. Gaby also applies her keen eye for interior design and home staging to position a house to show its ideal lifestyle.
